Does anyone have a comparison chart? I am in the middle of planning an upgrade and I know we are not going to go to 7.5/7.6 right now. I would need new hardware for that and it isn't in the budget.
I think I can just do an upgrade of my 6.3 to 7.1 without and maybe upgrade the ITSM from 6 to 7. Our ITSM 6 is VERY VERY VERY customized. Moving from ARS 6.3 to 7.1, can I just do the file replace like in the old days?
