Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE I don't think anyone is saying that they would prefer to starve than work at that rate but from what I've seen 65k is the median rate for a Junior Remedy Dev in my area and the cost of living locally is about half that of the DC area. Add in the requirement to either have or be able to acquire a Secret clearance and the soft degree requirement and that rate in that region is going to raise some eyebrows.
