Hi ITSM 7.5 uses Business Time Entities and Segments and not the old Business & Holidays forms for Assigned Groups in Incident Management.
We have the old form data for each Assigned Group and need to convert this to the new Time Entities and Segments. I am wondering if anyone has built a Tool to carry out this conversion, and if you are also prepared to share your creation, then I would be most grateful.
