I did build up a small server for testing with 7.5 and itsm 7.6 on a
notebook running win 2003 64 bit and it did work. The database was also
local to that machine. I had no issues installing or getting it to run,
other then the system only had 4 gig of ram.

I just needed to strip it down and take my notebook back,
