I'm assuming you are talking about the Remedy SPI.  We use it as a way to feed 
events from Operations Manager into Remedy and then populate updates from 
Remedy back to the OV event.

Has anyone used HP Openview's Remedy Integration? They have an  
integration that lets their event console see when Remedy tickets have  
been updated. It's a Run Process action that fires a C program every  
time a ticket is modified.

Has anyone run into any issues with this?
