Have any of you fellow warriors integrated AlarmPoint 4.0 (or higher) with ARS 7.5/ITSM7.6? I am experiencing one particular syndrome which leads me to suspect all is not fully functional in the provisioned API (failure to retrieve one record, even after a correct pointer to that record is furnished).
