Dwayne, I had a similar problem in the past and it turned out some of the meta data in the non English view defs of certain fields was corrupted resulting in a problem such as that.. when this problem occurred (ARS was on a windows server), there used to be a temp file on the servers Temp directory, that used to keep growing, even after killing the WUT, it would continue to grow, filling up all available disk space, until we had to stop the AR Server, delete that temp file, and restart the server...
To troubleshoot that issue, we had to request Remedy Support for a debug version of the AR Server executable, and run the server in a debug mode. To get them to give you a debug version for your server you will need to raise a ticket with them. They will then take the debug file and analyze it, to get to the root of the problem..
