Good Friday Morning!
I would like: Email notifications to Support staff regarding assignment to contain both the artask & Web URL. Email notifications to customers regarding case open, resolved, etc. to contain only the Web URL. It looks to me like checking/unchecking these options in the NTE:NTS:Email_200_SystemNT filter affects all emails regardless of the type of notification. Is there a way I can control these options?
