I don't know much more than what Doug has mentioned on the list. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * "RKM has been rewritten as a 100% AR System based application. It is now just another application just like Incident or Change or ....
It has a significant number of additional features and capabilities as well." * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I think it is already being used for their on demand offering. I noticed an interesting screen shot when watching their on demand overview video: http://www.bmc.com/products/product-videos/itsm-ondemand-overview.html(second to the last slide). I think a few of the new features/changes coming in ARS 7.6.03 were made to support the new RKM. With all the added features and UI enhancements I won't be surprised if we see more apps being built in ARS.
