Older versions of the Dev Studio though have a lot of major issues with even basic functionality that are resolved with Patch 4. To name a few:
1) Join form qualifications had a bug that was resolved in patch 3 upwards. 2) SQL Menus qualifications had a bug that was resolved in Patch 4 3) Active Link / Filter Guides had a performance issue and would time out when you open them to edit them or add new Active Links or Filters to them.
