However, on the Approval Mappings, the mapping criteria is only Navigation Categories, SRD Information and Requestor Information. Is there any way out-of-box to do approvals based on the requestor's department e.g. for IT, the approval go to a certain group and for HR, the approvals to another group. I saw it was possible with change and I am wondering why not for Service Requests. I will be very grateful for any help.
