You could also use the Modify All. Or create a control panel that has a table field that pulls the records you want (i.e. external table field qualification that gets set to values a user picks)
Then use a table loop guide, and loop over the records the user has selected, and perform what you want the update to do. It's a little more code but its more controllable. That performs a Save action, and then automatically drops down to the next record in the list, setting focus to the same field which had the focus on the previous ticket.
