Has anyone done an upgrade of ITSM 7.0.3 patch 009 to 7.5 or 7.6 (latest patch) but did NOT upgrade the Incident Management forms (leaving them at 7.0.3)?
We would also be upgrading ARS to 7.5 patch 006 and CMDB to 7.6 patch 002.
There are instructions in the knowledge base (20011073) on doing this plan to 7.5.01 but I am wondering about the feasibility of going all the way to 7.6.
