tr.SelPrimary td and tr.SelSecondry td affect the primary and secondary row selections You would edit these in the appropriate arsystem.css file (midTierInstallDir\resources\standard\stylesheets). If you only want your changes to effect a single form or table, then you can add custom tags to the end of the file and then reference those tags on the field properties.
