Hi Listers, we are currently installing ITSM 7.6.04 and we are experiencing that the installer takes a long time to stop / start the AR System Server service.
The installation logs are stating a waiting time of 2.400.000 ms (40 minutes) until the installer proceeds with the installation. Are you experiencing the same with your AR / ITSM 7.6.04 installation? Any ideas how to decrease this waiting time? Thanks in advance.
