If you take a look at last year's agenda it will be very similar. www.wwrug.com Conference room rate will be 195/night plus taxes including hi speed internet access. (we were very particular about room rate having to fit government travel guidelines). The lowest published rate for the conference will be $1250.00 Our web site will officially launch by February 15th so go to www.wwrug11.com for the most current information. Currently if you click on "WWRUG11 CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT" on the conference web site it explains why we are where (and when) we are for the Conference. Hope to see you there. ... The information needs to be entered into our system by the end of February so manager's and government can start the approval process in March.
