If that is the case, then whoever supports that application should look for any Open Window actions on their Active Links as well as Table Fields, because that would be where the new windows are coming from. Additionally, I would assume they are bypassing the Home Page to go directly to whatever screen they are trying to get to, but if not that would be another potential area to look for a pop-up window.
