Hi John, in Developer Studio select Window -> Preferences from the Menu bar the navigate to 'Object List View' and select 'Filters'. Activate the radio button 'Basic Columns' and confirm with the OK button.
Now try to reopen the Filters. A list of Filters should be displayed with the Name Column. That's only a workaround, not displaying pretty much information in the Filters list but maybe this could help a little bit.
