Hello,
we checked and it seems that the system works with Firefox. I try to contact 
BMC? Do you have other suggestions?

on the BMC KM solution is the following streams:

Moving on IE
Tools> Internet Options> Security> Local Intranet> Custom Level
Set Active Scripting of Java applets.

What do you think?
