Old dogs, same trick. I would agree with Roger however I don't use the TR. Rather I use (Assigned Group != DB.Assigned Group). I have an active link that puts ticket assigned to %Assigned Group$. I also have an active link that makes entry in the Work Log required. If you have something similar then the "AND TR.Worklog = $NULL$" is overkill.
