We run oracle 10g on unix 6.1 we went from 6.3p20 to 7.5p4 of arserver only no itsm - fb you will need to recreate - manually input form - user form installer error on form view, removed it - installer ran - ensure the installer lays down files for email engine. - you might need to check key workflow
