Misi, Assuming you are in a server group, have you made sure that the plugin entries on both conf files state the server name and not the server group name? Also, you can try adding the FQDN of the server instead of just the host name. We had issues with this in our environment as well. The 2nd server, which had the issue, was configured OOB with the server group name in those plugin entries. -Tauf
