I don't think that we have an "active" DFW / North Texas RUG. I think
that we should get one formed up and share our experiences face-to-face.
Of course the big question with that is who has time available to
actually host anything?

Hey, Claire:

As Susan mentioned, I do get an adrenaline rush when I'm around the rest
of you. I think it's been YEARS since I've seen any of you in TX. I
miss the camaraderie.

If you or Phil Bautista are hosting, I'd be there, too whether it is in
any of these places that's less than a 6 hour drive from Dallas area
(Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Waco, Killeen/Fort Hood, TX;
Oklahoma City, Tulsa, OK; Wichita, KS;  Little Rock, Bentonville, AR;
Shreveport, LA).

Gosh, it's a shame that we don't run into each other somewhere. I'm
sure there's enough Remedy developers in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex
that could form a couple of bowling leagues or something. We could call
ourselves "The ActiveLinx" or "Overlaid and Filtered".

Thank you,

Michelle Lucero

Were there any handouts? Electronic format?? So jealous! Here we are
in Houston... Home of BMC and no HoustonRUG.

I would host... but can't until my "re-implementation" of 7.6.4 is in
production.

It was a great meeting yesterday and particularly energizing to have
Doug Mueller talk about v7.6.4. Although I had not researched it
completely yet, just reading the list gave me some chitters, but Doug
cleared up many of those concerns and we're going to look at going to
7.6.4 instead of 7.5x.

It was great to see some old friends. I was missing the adrenaline high
you get from being around other Remedy people!

Thanks Matt for organizing it on such short notice!
