Thank you all for responding, I will tar - might not be needed we alias the servers, which will carry overs. /etc/arstsytem/"alias.hostname" /usr/ar/"alias.hostname"/... /etc/rpc ( this one I would have missed, thanks!) Java components are baseline Oracle db will be rebuilt on the new server, We are acquiring the new server license key. No tomcat, we interface with Websphere installed on 2 external servers. Check/Modification of the ar.conf & ar.monitor & arsystem files
