I've also noticed that they have shifted a LOT of the few classes they offer to their online classes, which I am not a huge fan of.
For BMC Analytics, you're probably better off just learning how Business Objects works and getting some report writing classes in BOXI. I work closely with the reporting team in my organization and they say that there is a wide variety of BOXI classes available from different vendors. If you already know ITSM and the basic structure of the data, it should be very easy to just get the BOXI training and be able to use BMC's universe.
