Trying to get feedback from anyone who has done integration between remedy and HP Operations Manager product and how did it go? what is the integration mechanism used ? We are talking to HP on this and they are suggesting to buy a partner product called "AppLink" and we are thinking if we can do this internally without having to buy additional product.
