Good point.  We just went to 7.6.04 form 7.5 and initially accessing the
upgrade MT would spike the CPU on my machine and the performance was pretty
bad.  Once my IE cache cleared it worked much better.  We were not seeing
errors however it's apparent there are some issues with older MT local PC
cache and newer MT cache.
