There are several options for printing from Mid-Tier, prior and post 7.6.04. 
These four common options work for the ITSM report console, the Print button on 
the ITSM forms, or custom ARS forms.

1) Integrate with a Crystal Reports Server or BusinessObjects Server
2) Use native AR report format
3) Use native Web report format (ARS 7.6.03 or ITSM 7.6.04)
4) Integrate with JasperReports Server, a free, open-source reporting platform
