Hi Cecil, It doesn't work with "windows loaded" as when the window is loaded the form is blank there is no value in the "Manager login" field, I use this field value to trigger the search again to get the email address of the manager which is present in his profile. I have attached the form image. when I run search on a users profile (Its a view form of CTM:People) I able to fetch all the values except the managers email, managers email would be present in his profile .. so I use the manager's login name on the user's profile to run a new search and populate the value..
