Interesting.  You may want to look into the approval workflow then.  I
would be wondering why the changes are making it to Closed or Scheduled
if you still have approval records pending.
 
You might also check the SYS:Status Transition Rules form.  Ensure that
the appropriate rules are enabled in order to prevent the system from
being able to revert your Change status.

I'm running into ITSM 7.0.3 patch 2... 
 
The issue here is that they're not moving from Complete to Closed,
they're moving from Closed to Complete or Complete to Schedule, and
others from Implementation in Progress to Scheduled just a second later
from the last approval signature has been placed.

There is an escalation that runs to update "Complete" changes to
"Closed" status after a certain period of time.  That period of time is
configured in the App Admin - Custom section.  I think default is 5 or
10 days but your system may be configured differently.
 
If thats not what you're looking for, please provide more details about
the version of ITSM.

Guys;
 
Another mistery, we have multiple CR records that are being changed
through different status by the Remedy Application Server; my first
guess it has something to do with the approval processes, the strange
thing is the last time happened to closed records from one month
earlier. Is there any other thing besides the approval process that can
cause this behavior?
