Subject: Assignment route from SRM

Listers;

Another question; Currently there is a SR that routes a CR to a specific
user; looking for a way to change this assignment but i can't find
anything. My understanding this is associated to the Assignment engine
but don't know if its possible to tell the assignment engine to direct
assign the request to a user, eiter i don't know where to configure
this.

Hope anyone can guide me on this.

Thanks
