Hi Doug (& Co), I did originally try the SF method - but of course, it didn't work, I kept getting: "ARERR [100] Entry ID parameter is empty" Hence why I used the table field solution. (You do have to go and give a permission to those fields on the underlying form, of course.)
My assumption was that this was related to the Vendor form and the fact that it was probably only built for one purpose (displaying the users & licences in a table field). Interesting stuff. BTW - we're on server version 7.5 Patch 4.
