Hi All - I have one user that when he clicks on the link, in the
assignment emails, and opens an Incident it doesn't show the Accelerator
menu items on the flow bar.  If someone else uses the exact same link
they do not have the issue.  We have validated that this happens on
multiple PCs for the same person.

 

Has anyone had anything like this?
