Hi,

What you need to do is to look at the ar.h file in the API-directory, and
also a def-file export of the objects. This should help you find what is
actually behind the scenes.

A much easier way would be to write a C- or Java-API program that access
the Remedy-server to get this information.

There are several tools already out there that does this.

For example http://arinside.org, which is an open source project. You may
leverage things there to help you understand how it works.
