ARS 7.6.04sp1 Windows 2008 x64 I am having a hard-to-track-down issue on my Production AR Server. Port 9999 is not listening but there are no errors in any of my logs saying that the plugin did not start. Here is the snippet of my ar.cfg that shows that the port should be active or there should be an error somewhere. My DEV and QA environments are setup the same as Prod but everything is working there. Server team says that there is nothing on the server that would not allow that port to be used. All of the other plugin ports are working fine.
