You are correct that a Run Process will do the trick.  You will use the
Results List field ID of 1020 with the Run Process.  Here is an example:

PERFORM-ACTION-TABLE-REFRESH 1020

I don't remember if you have to actually have a table field with the ID
1020 on the form for this to work.  I don't think so however form I took
this example from does have a 1020 table field.
