We're planning an upgrade to 7.6.04 from 7.5 - the main driver is for improved client performance, namely web client since in 7.6.04 that is all the client can use.
Can anyone provide any insight on what the best tools / approaches would be for measuring client web performance of ITSM functionality? When we moved to 7.5 we investigated using HP QTP but unfortunately our HP testing professionals found that BMC's web architecture was not conducive to using our enterprise testing tool compared to other Off The Shelf .Net or java web applications.
