I would possibly be interested, although I'll have to get clearance from my management first. We've prepaid for training credits and although I've been doing ARS Development for more than a decade it would be nice to see how to leverage some of those new features, since some of the things implemented in ITSM are bewildering (in particular, the way they built the floating panels for the consoles that appear on the Remedy Home Page make no sense to me.)
