<rant> So...anyone have any idea on when CMDB 7.6.04 SP3 is being released? I see that the Remedy Server Sp3 has been released which is great...however it doesnt solve this problem. And for the life of me I cannot find out when BMC plan (or if they even are going to ) to release CMDB 7.6.40 SP3. Our Support partner also cannot find out.
I honestly cannot wait for the next visit from a BMC representative so that I can ask them to please explain to me how they expect us to plan our roadmap, upgrades as well as resolve important bugs when they will not let us know when a patch is expected. This error that we have is forcing us to keep delaying our upgrade to 7.6.04 as we are waiting for SP3 and is giving Remedy such a bad name it is past being funny. All the work that we have done to build this product up as a reliable, fast solution is going out the window. </rant> On Thu, Feb 2, 2012 at 8:23 PM, Basil Webster <ba...@remex.co.za> wrote: > ** > > Hi,**** > > ** ** > > I know it’s a little late but we logged an issue about a month ago > referencing the SW mentioned below.
