When you install the AR User Tool, you have the option of installing the Crystal Reports 'Viewer' libraries that allow you to open a CR on your client. You have to purchase Crystal Reports Engine separately to create reports and install it separately. This is best done on a reporting database, if your reporting needs are bulk reporting that could consume a lot of resources.. If reporting need is sporadic, it may not matter that much depending on how much your DB is powered....
