Many Thanks for your inputs..!
 
We tried all the possibilities. It was working fine with other browsers before 
fix installed and also after the fix installed with out any Browser Cache 
flush. We are facing the issue only with IE. This seems like more browser 
specific (Internet Explorer) rather caching behaviour.
 
Any more thoughts on this issue appreciated.
