Please find the environment details below: ARS version : ARS 7.6.04 SP2. ITSM Version: ITSM SP2. Linux Version : RHEL 5 Linux kernel 2.6.18 Database : Oracle 11g R2(64 bit) We are observing a heavy usage (CPU - more than 100 % and Memory - more than 50%), resulting in Timeouts, and even service crash. Please pass on your suggestions on this. Thanks and Regards, Shiju John. _attend WWRUG12 www.wwrug.com<http://www.wwrug.com> ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"_ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug12 www.wwrug12.com ARSList: "Where the Answers Are"
