Our client is looking for a Lead Systems Management Engineer for a 6+ month 
contract. The candidate will be responsible for 1). developing prioritized 
support activities and focus on critical business services and initiatives; 2). 
increasing staff productivity and consistency by automating process, policies, 
and tasks; 3). tracking incident response times and service desk performance 
and comprehensive metrics; 4). eliminating recurring incidents through embedded 
problem and knowledge management process; 5). reducing IT support costs through 
self service call deflection.

Additional Job Info: 
 
Design, develop, implement IT Service Management solutions using BMC Remedy 
ITSM v7 
3 - 5 years experience with Remedy ITSM v7 with recent experience with v7.6 
preferred 
2 years implementing, integrating, managing Remedy Atrium CMDB and BMC 
Auto-Discovery with at least 1 year using Atrium Data Dependency Mapping (ADDM) 
Experience integrating ITIL process and Remedy applications such as Incident, 
Problem, Change with CMDB 
Prior experience implementing ITSM solutions in a fast-paced, heterogeneous 
environment 
Ability to provide technical leadership and support multiple projects 
Ability to perform in a complex multi-tasking and multi-customer work 
environment 
Ability to work within limited time restraints and strict deadlines Able to 
perform duties without immediate supervision 
ITIL v3 Foundation Certified a plus
