Our client is looking for a Lead Systems Management Engineer for a 6+ month contract. The candidate will be responsible for 1). developing prioritized support activities and focus on critical business services and initiatives; 2). increasing staff productivity and consistency by automating process, policies, and tasks; 3). tracking incident response times and service desk performance and comprehensive metrics; 4). eliminating recurring incidents through embedded problem and knowledge management process; 5). reducing IT support costs through self service call deflection.
