The source server is set to DIR, meaning a directory with ARX-files, right? I would suspect that the ARX-file uses the database names of the fields, so you have to specify those in lieu of labels. Please give us the first 5 lines of the ARX-file in question! The error does not come from the AR Server, it comes from the RRR|Chive-server-simulator parsing the ARX-file...
