Hi,

Will I be able load the data using the data load wizard. Clean up the data,
and then export out selected foundation data records from DEV into QA?

Yes you would need to delete from or truncate the tables specified on the
target in the sql before starting.

Not sure it is the best, but it sure was quick from my standpoint. I used it
to stand up a fresh DEV and QA environment.

else you might want to look at DDM.

How can this be done via the dataload, without cleaning up the data or DEV,
then re-cleaning the data on QA?

Is this the best and quickest way to replicate foundation data from DEV to
QA?

The data load wizard

See if this helps: https://communities.bmc.com/communities/docs/DOC-14224

This contains SQL statements for SQL server that will enable you to cut and
paste your foundation data into the load spreadsheets.

Hi,

On 7.6.4, we are going to copy the foundation data from DEV to QA .

We are also using multi-tenancy. What is the best method to do this?

How do we get our foundation data safely over to QA without messing up data?

Are there any major things that we should be really careful of?
