Hi Jiri, Thank you for your answer. Now I reset goal only when I modify the Assigned Group, but the second request do not start with the full time allowed, as I would like. I have left the Start Time for Request-Based empty to use the system date as explained in the documentation but it does not work. Best regards Lidia

We do exactly the same thing here and the condition to use in "Reset Goal for Same request when should be 'TR.Assigned Group ID' != $\NULL$ Your condition would be true even when no change to the assignee group is made, in fact your condition is perhaps true all the time.
