Hi All!

I'm struggling to find some valid info on ways to integrate a client CTI 
(telephony) system towards ITSM.

I have previous done a number of integrations towards ARS, but with User Tool 
gone, I believe that it's a complete new ball game?

Does anyone here at the list have any real world experience of this? Or at 
least any information to share? My good friend Google seems to come out short 
handed on this one, which makes my a bit nervous…

I Believe that I read about a european partner who developed a solution for 
this,  a year or two ago… But I cannot find any proof of this as of now :-(
