Make sure you enter the number of licenses correctly as 1. I once recall
entering it as 3 as 3 licenses are issued by the AR Server license, because
that's what I 'thought' I should be entering as I looked up the key from the
web page and not from the email that gets generated a while later.. Then
realized my mistake and modified the number to 1 and it worked as valid..

** Sorry this is late. I have ran into this problem on multiple AR Server
builds. I build all different combinations of OS and database versions of
Remedy.

Honestly, sometimes the licensing works like it is suppose to and sometimes
it doesn't. If you have already verified what everyone has said then you
have done everything you can. What I did is remove the license, reapply the
full license key and then restart AR System. I had to do this over and over
again. Until it finally would take the key. Sometimes it would do it once,
sometimes it took MULTIPLE times.

I don't know why. But this has what I've run into. I just wanted you to
know that you are not alone.

Thanks

What about generating license key against your actual MAC address (ipconfig
/all and first ETH0 mac address) instead of generating license Key against
what you see on Add/Remove License form (top right corner)

Permanent license key. I've verified that it's a valid key.
