I'm a little rusty on this one. We have a ITSM 7.6.04 environment we added a new attribute to the BMC:BusinessService class. The Class Manager shows the class as pending change. This has been sitting there for about an hour. I thought it usually goes through quicker than that. Any help would be appreciated.
