Select C1 from T<whatever the Group form schemaid is> where C<whatever field ID contains the Group ID in the Group form> in (select C<whatever field in the user form contains the group list> from T<whatever schemaid corresponds to the User form> where C101 = '<user login name>'); This query when substituted for the actual values in the <> parts, should give you the Request ID's of all the groups that the user belongs to. You might probably need to replace the semi colon separators in the group list field with commas in the nested select statement.
